I tossed about 1200lbs of “good stuff” in/on the Jeep and waddled home from the big HD. That was one load… I had a near twin load the same week.

I wonder if 1,280 lbs of cement will be enough?

..sorta.. big ‘ol holes to be more precise. Four holes, 18″ in diameter.. how deep? 3-4 feet. I made it about 2 feet before my arm bottomed out cleaning the dirt out of the bottom… with a coffee can! Fun, fun. I think it’s time to rent a post hole digger.

Why?  I still haven’t figured out why.  I told Nathan I’d build him a tower if he gave his play set away to his cousins.. he did.  Now I’m building this tower. I designed the Tower in Google SketchUp.  (I’ll add a Google SketchUp file at some point).  It’s a great program.. and helped me visualize this new structure of mine.  GSU doesn’t tell you when you poorly design something though.  It doesn’t tell you it’s not structurally sound.

Soooo… it will be any ones guess if this thing supports any weight.
