Physical Therapy.
I’ve gone and over-worked my shoulder again. Three years ago I worked it into a big ol’ knot sitting at my desk. I’ve come to learn that the mouse is mightier than the man. So, its off to PT twice a week for me. It helps. But I have to do the exercises and stretches or it’s all pointless. So, I’m enduring a bit of pain for now until this goes away. Hopefully it will be knocked out soon.
